SITUATION:
If you tried to add a staff member who already has a Staff record at your Board/school in a new role as Principal and you got the following error message:
SOLUTION:
This message refers to an existing staff in that role.
What you need to do:
Verify who was the previous Principal at the school and either change the status to a teacher and/or do a withdrawal.
IMPORTANT: Only one staff member can have the Principal role in a school.
