Modified on Fri, 9 May at 1:44 PM

Dual credit courses Team-taught dual credit classes are included in the calculation of SACS.

This type of dual credit course will have a board-certified teacher assigned in Edsembli, with the Dual Credit Type specified as either Team-Taught College Course or Team-Taught Apprenticeship Program.

With this setup, the dual credit will be reflected in your Secondary Average Class Size (SACS) report.

Where dual credit courses are externally delivered (through a college), the classes are excluded from the calculation of SACS.

This type of dual credit course will have a placeholder teacher (e.g., Dual Credit or External Instructor) assigned to the class in Edsembli. These instructors will not have a MEN (Ministry Educator Number) assigned, and the Dual Credit Type will be set to Regular.

With this setup, the dual credit course will not appear on your Secondary Average Class Size (SACS) Report.
