At the end of the School year, you may need to find out who is eligible for an Ontario scholar Certificate.

When you know, you will need to add the Certificate to the Student records.

Solution:

Normally schools will run through Achievement > Tools > Ontario scholars > GO

IMPORTANT BEFORE PROCEEDING:

  1. 1. Before running the process, you will need to ensure that all required courses are in History in the Student Completed courses.

  2. 2. Also the students have their OSSD in either the current school year or the previous school year.

  3. 3. It's a common issue when schools run the report, it may not identify the correct students and the reason will be the diploma info is not entered yet in the Student records.

  1. enter the date and

  1. click on DESIGNATE THESE STUDENTS, it will ask you the question again, just need to confirm

This process will update automatically the Student records.

Achievement > Graduation requirements > Diploma > Edit
