ON - French program box not set on ELEM report card

To set the Parameters in Webadmin

Please ensure that the French Topic Program Code is set at the Board Level

Go to Menu, Settings, Marks and Comments, Topic Program Code

The Identifier needs to be ONFR and the Description should be French

If you DO NOT have this in youru list, add it with the + at the top right of the screen.

Once you have this setup, go to Achievement Parameters to ensure the program boxes are all set so the teachers can update the information.

In the Achievement parameters screen, change the Profile field to the desire Achievement profile first, then the setup field to be like the image below.

Now you can check the appropriate boxes that will apply to the topics.  eg. Dance 1-6 should have all the program boxes selected so that if you have French Immersion classes at a school the teacher can update the French program box from Connect.

To set these values in Connect

Log in to Teacher Connect and go to Achievement, Report Card Details, Student programs by class or individually, select the class or student from the list and then set the program box. 

You can select All from the top so it sets all the students in the class at once or you can check the boxes individually.
