It's now possible to produce the Monthly Admissions report through the use of defined characters: French Immersion and Section 27
If the Schools choose to run these separate reports, defined characters as described (4th character = 7 or 4th character = 27) have to be entered into the affected students.
If schools prefer not to use these separate reports (French Immersion and Section 27), students shouldn't have these defined characters in their records.
If schools use already these defined characters for other purposes, there is no need to change this. Only please note that when running the Monthly admissions report, all options need to be run to make sure all the students are included.
