Nunavut - Report Card first page not printing or half printing

For Nunavut jurisdiction:

When first page of report card prints incomplete or blank and only headers are printing, check the First and Second reporting language.

This option is under Student Enrolment:

IMPORTANT:

First / Second reporting language cannot be "Both"

First and Second Language have to be different, they cannot be the same language for the report card to print well.
