BOARD LEVEL
Setup>Marks and Comments>Board Comment Bank
You will need to click the + on the top right to add any comments you would like to have available to the schools to use for Mark Entry.
Once in the add screen you will need to enter a COMMENT and add any Context Sensitive words that would apply.
Selecting the schools to apply the comment to is done from the SELECTED SCHOOLS section. It defaults to all the schools in the BOARD so you will need to change the list if not all schools get the comment.
*IF you have not shared any comments to any schools you can do it by bulk assigning with the options on the bottom right of the screen (ASSIGN MULTIPLE COMMENTS TO SCHOOLS) or if you want to remove comments from the teacher list you can use the REMOVE MULTIPLE COMMENTS FROM SCHOOLS option.
