Exporting and Importing Teacher's Comments

Here are the steps on how to export and import teachers' comments in Connect which can be used if a teacher needs to copy his/her comments from one school to another

EXPORTING

1. Login in ConnectEd, to the school where the Comments will be copied from
2. Go to Achievement > My Comments 
3. On the upper right corner, click the Export Comment button
4. Select "Teacher Comments" and Export. This will save a txt file

IMPORTING

1. Login in ConnectEd, to the school where the Comments will be copied to
2. Go to Achievement > My Comments
3. From the upper right corner, click the Import Comment button
4. Select "Maplewood", and choose file txt file previously exported
5. Click Import
