Teachers getting 403 Forbidden Error when accessing Report cards and Digitals Documents in ConnectEd

Issue:

Teachers are getting 403 Forbidden Error when accessing Report cards and Digitals Documents in ConnectEd

Solution: 

Make sure the teachers have the Define Comments permission. It used to work without these permissions but there is a security hotfix released for ConnectEd that changes the access.
