Course tally – Numbers not in the right column /row

Situation: 

When you export the Course Tally from a school, for any courses that have a department a carriage return is added at the end of the department which shifts the number of students (next column) down to the next line.   

For those Departments, it may have something additional “hidden” in the Title. 

Solution: 

After running your Course Tally, in your .CSV file sort the information to get the Department without any numbers in the column “Preferred request” 

Then to Board level > Setup > Class info > Departments > GO 

Select the Department > in the Title section - add, as example, a "D" at the end > SAVE > Search again for it > Change it back (remove the "D" or what you’ve add) > SAVE it. 

Then go at you School level and run your Course Tally.
