Compulsories are not set – How to modify it (Manually change)

Situation: 

When Compulsories are not set correctly, meaning the compulsory credit should shows as “Yes” and for some reason it is not set properly, you may have to make the change manually.  

Solution: 

Go into the student records > Achievement > Completed courses > Select the class > Edit > 

Then follow the steps - once you have completed steps 1-4 click SAVE
