Security under ConnectED

Student record – Special Education Information both display and modify

Student record – multimedia – both display and modify

Board Level – set up - User-defined fields – Digital document type – go

                Setup a Document type (IPP folder)

                Category type (Specialized Assessments)

School Level – Student search – Student Record – Special Education – IEP

                Row Click on Revision and PRINT/SAVE the document

Click on the Personal section of the student record – Digital documents – click on the “+” sign to add the IEP document to the student record

ConnectED sign in and you will see the IEP document under Personal Digital documents.

 

Please note that the IPP in ConnectED is only used with the Clevr program
