How to Set Duplicate Employee as Inactive

ISSUE: Employee has been created twice on accident with two (2) Employee ID under Staff Management

Staffing > Staff management > Search > Modify OLD Employee Record

Edit > Employee Information > Employment > Activity = Inactive > Save > Refresh

Note: Setting someone as Inactive will terminate all permissions

 

Proceed to the correct Employee Spotlight record for the employee now that the duplicate has been Set as Inactive. 

Ensure the new record is Status = Active and proceed to update data as normal.
