If the parent emails addresses are not being imported into Edsby and therefore parents cannot login to Edsby:
- Check that at least one of the parents have been flagged as Legal Guardian and/or Custodian for the student.
- Client is responsible to update and maintain this information. Edsby has changed the requirements and at least one of the parents has to be marked Legal Guardian or Custodian to be uploaded to Edsby.
