Solution Article - Edsby File - Error when missing Achievement Profile

Sometimes, while importing the Edsby file manually, users may receive an error log as the one below:




*For situations as such, it is important to check if the Achievement Profile of classes is properly set up.


To set the Achievement Profile for the classes in bulk, go to the School level > Main Menu > Setup > Marks & comments > Assign achievement profiles to classes > Go, select the tab ASSIGN DEFAULT PROFILES and select the Achievement Profile you would like to use and apply to the classes without one.

Or go to the UNASSIGNED, where you will choose a Achievement Profile to each unassigned class:
