New utility added to the Achievement>Tools menu: Change or remove class term or topic. This utility allows the user to move a class/homeroom from one term to another or one topic to another, and allows the user to completely remove a term or a topic from a class/homeroom. This utility should be used with care. A new security item has been added for this utility, defaulted to no permissions.
School level> main menu> achievement> tools>go
Choose the transfer options and criteria that you wish to change and the range of classes or homerooms. Once you have your selections select change bottom right corner.
This process can NOT be undone once 'Change' has been selected.
