To help with the September count date and trying to figure out some of the issues you are having we have created a view that you can run to find students that have had a Responsible school set but DO NOT have an ASN.
The list of students you get you will need to identify if they should or should not have an ASN
- EG. students that are a grade of N or EC that should not be going to PASI can be ignored.
- For students who should have an ASN select to "Add student to PASI" from the student record and associate the student with their existing PASI record or Add them as a new student in PASI (depending on the search results). You will then need to push the responsible school data to PASI via the PASI compare screen".

You will find it under Board level, Menu, More tools, Data Mining, Export Data.
If you do not have any students on your list -- Give yourself a pat on the back!!!!!!
