It has just been brought to our attention that the Ministry has changed the Submission Period Type Tag from SUBMISSION_PERIOD_TYPE = OCTPRVSEC1 to a new tag
<SUBMISSION_PERIOD_TYPE>OCTPRVSEC2</SUBMISSION_PERIOD_TYPE>
If you know how to manipulate an XML file tag and can change it to the new tag OCTPRVSEC2 you will be able to upload the file correctly, if you cannot change it you will have to wait until we can get this fixed to submit your October Submission.
