Summer school – Transfer to current not able to complete dates in red

Situation: 

You need to transfer to current your Summer school, but after selecting the school dates are still in red and you are not able to finish the process. 

Solution: 

Go to Board level > Scheduling next year > Year-end roll over > Transfer to new school year > select school 

Enter “No Marks In History” and click on No Marks In History 

 

Then change the fees dates first, after you will be able to set the rest of the dates : 

Populate the Course Date fields before populating Semester/Term dates 

Start / end dates of school, as well the semesters date and Grade internal transfer date. 

 


This should be resolved for the 2023-24 summer school transfers.
