Situation:
At the end of the school Year, schools want to recognize students for their accomplishments.
Solution:
In the case that schools do not have a report created for that reason, the schools can extract the data and then filter the exported information in order to create their Honor Roll list.
What to do:
Go to Scheduling next year > Year-end roll over > Archives attendance & achievements
Once completed go to More tools > Data mining > Export data > use :
vw_Archive_Achievement_Marks
Sort the export and apply filter as required.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
Using the Archive attendance & Achievements is just pulling the actual data in Edsembli, it does not change the information. You will need to run this process again before transferring to current for Next year school year.
