How to Request your CSV files from the Ministry

Sign into the OnSIS ministry website – https://onsis.edu.gov.on.ca

When you get to your welcome screen go to Queries, Reports and Extracts

Run Extracts

Pick your Academic Year: - Submission Period - Scroll down to Check All – Run Immediately.

This will take you to another screen where you will see your reports.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on Refresh until all the extracts have moved down to the Generated Extracts area

Scroll down click on Check all Generated Extracts – Download selected Extracts.

When the reports are downloaded you must extract them out of the ZIP file to import into Edsembli.
