Unexpected error occurs

If you are performing a task and in the right-hand corner, you see an unexpected error has occurred. Click on the unexpected error and do the following: click on message> then click on "An unexpected error message has occurred"

When you click on "An unexpected error message has occurred" a detailed message will appear. If you read the message, it will tell you what the issue is, in this case it was a time out issue. All errors are different and will mean different things. 

Please provide these details and screenshots when you submit a ticket to support.
