Description:  The batch balance report was modified in version 1.23.00.  This was to address an issue with a “runaway scroll bar” when scrolling through the transactions in a large batch.  To resolve this, pagination was introduced whereby the user can select how many lines per page they wish to have displayed.

Issue 1:  The ability to set the page size does not appear, and the display of the transaction is messed up.

Solution:  This is a result of not clearing the cache after a new release is implemented, which is the recommended action after every new release.  Simply clear your cache, log out of Finance and log back in.  The display will be corrected and the page size prompt will appear.

 

Issue 2:  Saving the grid settings after changing the page size says that they were saved successfully; however, when you Close out of the batch listing and then click on another batch to view, the page size always reverts to 10.

Solution:  This is a software error and will be fixed for version 1.24.00
