ISSUE: When viewing a batch in Batch --> Batch Balancing and clicking on Download Attachments, the system only returns one attachment.
Solution: The reason for this is always browser-related. For security reasons, browsers might be set to only allow one download. If you are experiencing this issue, click Download Attachments again, and watch your screen carefully -- you will very likely see a message from your browser, informing you that popups have been blocked (see screenshot below - example from Chrome). Click on the message and your browser will likely guide you to opening it up for multiple downloads.
