Student under audit

Context:

For some reason, a school may want to put a student under audit for one subject or more.  Don’t want to drop the class as they want to maintain the attendance.

Solution:

The usual thing that we do is to create a new class this is not reported, and add the student to that class, and have it grouped with the main class.

This way you maintain the history, but it doesn't get sent to ONSIS or any other Ministry reporting, and you don't have to worry about going back in to withdraw the student at the end.
