School Setup – Semester/Term or Day/Period

School Setup – Semester/Term or Day/Period is set correctly

We have two tabs here:

1. Semester/Term
2. Day/Period 

Edit Semester / Term

1. Menu > Setup > School > School Schedule > This Year

Can only edit Semester/Term on the first day of school 

2. Once you can click edit, you can correct the number of semesters and Terms per semester

To edit Semester/Term Sets:

3. Click on the semester/ term set and click Edit.

4. Select or correct the Semester/Term set:

 5. Make sure to follow the same steps for each Semester/Term set.

Edit Day/ Period

1. Menu > Setup > School > School Schedule > This Year

Can only edit Day/Period on the first day of school 

2. Once you can click edit, you can correct the number of semesters and Terms per semester.

To edit Period Times:

3. Click Edit

4. Correct the Period times

5. Click Save

To Edit Day/Period Sets:

6. Click and edit the specific Day/Period Set

7. Correct the set and save:

8. Continue the same steps for all necessary sets.
