How does the accommodation information get populated in the upload file?
Step 1: it will have to be entered into the system by school staff – student record – Achievement – EQAO – Grade 3 or 6 tab – Edit pencil – please select the accommodations assigned to your student from the list below – click the edit pencil again to SAVE.
Step 2: Create the file to upload to EQAO for your grade 3 and 6 students.
This is done from the board level by board staff.
When the information is entered into the system, it will be accurately included in the upload file to EQAO, reducing the need for manual entry later and saving time.
