How to unlock an account:

Step 1: Open the Mune by clicking the three bars in the upper left corner of the screen.

Step 2: Scroll down to find “More Tools.” Expand and select “Security.”

Step 3: You will find the “Edsembli CONNECT” connect card, click “GO.”

Step 4: Find the desired user click over it and click “Edit.”

Step 5: Choose the “Policies” tab and remove the check mark from “Account Locked out.”
