Situation:
When your teacher is in his Markbook, he finds that some of the topics displayed are not related to the classroom or it is not supposed to show on that Term, and it needs to be removed or you miss a Topic or you want to change topics.
Solution:
Here are the steps to fix it:
Note: In that example we want to be removed a Topics
IMPORTANT: That process needs to be done carefully as it may impact other Courses/Classes
1) Make verification at the Board level > Setup > Achievement profile > search for the Achievement profile > Edit > Topics > Edit > verify if the topics is checked or not.
2) At the School level > go to the Achievement > Marks & Comments > select the Class (GLE3Ox) > in Topics verify if the unwanted Topic is showing
3) Go to Achievement > Tools > Change or remove class Term or topic > GO
4) In Transfer options - select Remove topics (1) (dropdown menu) > in Criteria - (2) Select the criteria and sub-criterion that you want to remove > Classes - select the class(es) that you want the topic to be removed (3) > Click Un-Assign (4)
