How to export tickets from the Customer Portal

1. Navigate to https://sis.support.edsembli.com/en/support/home


2. Click "Tickets"




3. Click "Export tickets"



4. Select the option for the Filter




5. Select the From date




6. Click on the day in the calendar




7. Click "EXPORT"
