Course Code – wrong one based on the Ministry

Situation:

You just received information from the Ministry and you discover that the Code in use in your Course and Class file is the wrong one and all your Classes are set.

Solution:

First, you need to ensure that the new Code is in your Code table at your Board level.

If it is not, you need to add the Code:

Board level > Setup > Class info > Code > “+” > add all required information.

If the new Code is already in your Code table at your Board level:

Got to your School Level > Setup >Class info > Class > select the “old code” > Click on "CHANGE" - select the “new one” > SAVE
