This solution article is to explain why the button has disappeared.
The Load Student function can only be run by one person at a time, if it is not visible for you to use, it would be because someone on staff is in the process of running this procedure. If you feel it is taking too long to process, please have the person that was running this procedure delete it from the task manager. Then the button will be visible, and you can start the process again.
