Why only some students show Not in PASI when we withdraw them?

At our schools we have a number displaying to alert us that a student is "Not In PASI'.
This list includes students that are withdrawn, yet not all withdrawn students are showing in this list either.

Why do only some students show Not in PASI when we withdraw them?

Answer:

Withdrawn students in the "Not In PASI" list were enrolled by another school Division/Board in Alberta. Which means another board is now the record owner.

The other withdrawn students, not showing in the Not In PASI list, could be students who have moved within the same School Division, or enrolled at another Division/Board in another Province. (Which means you are still listed as the ’record owner’)
