A teacher may report that they are unable to enter marks in edsembli CONNECT even though the term is unlocked and the admin is able to enter marks from the edsembli side:
The issue here is that the markbook categories along with the markbook subcategories have a date that is outside of the term date range. In this example the course takes place in Semester 2, term 1. This is the date range:
If we look at one of the markbook subcategories we see that the date on it is in 2022, way outside of the term date range:
To fix this, change all these category and subcategory dates to a date within the date range. Make sure that you are not changing it to a past date if it needs data input still because the item will close after it passes the date.
