BC Reporting PEN Request Failed (SOLVED)
When trying to upload your PEN file and you get the following error:
Please make sure to check the filename to Match the FFI number in the file:
1. The file name needs to match the number of digits in the header of the file after FFI..
2. Opening the file in Notepad:
3. Uncheck the “Always use this app to open .PEN files” checkbox.
4. Click “More Apps”
- Select “Notepad” and click OK:
5. This number should match the file name:
6. Rename your file to match the FFI number in your PEN file:
7. Upload the renamed file.
