When using the Data Mining view vw_Clever_Staff_Updated, you may notice that some staff are missing, or that certain staff are included when they should not be.
This behavior is expected, as the view applies specific criteria when retrieving records.
A staff member will only be included if all of the following conditions are met:
- The staff record is valid
- Status is not Past
- not Teacher
- A Work email is present
It is important to note that even if an email address exists, it will be ignored if it is tagged as Personal or School. Only emails classified as Work are considered.
Additionally, staff with a Withdrawn status will still be included in the report. If a staff member is no longer active, their status must be updated to Past to exclude them from the results.
