Transfer to new school year fails with an error "Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'New_Grade_ID'"

Issue: 

Transfer to the new school year fails due to this error

spmw_TrNY_Int_Trans (50000:1): spmw_TrNY_Int_Trans (515): Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'New_Grade_ID', table 'SIS_PROD_XXXXX.dbo.Stu_Prev_Grades'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. Uncommittable transaction is detected at the end of the batch. The transaction is rolled back

Solution:

One or more students does not have Next year grade. Need to find out who these students are and then correct their records.

Use Student Reports > Quick Reports To generate the students with no next year grade. See below example
