Official Mark column not updating

IF you are entering marks and the official mark column is not updating:

Go to board level, setup, marks and comments, achievement parameters and select the Achievement profile field (second one) first and select what profile you need to correct: then select the Setup Parameter (first field) to define what entry you need to correct (in this case it is Marks)

For this example, S2 Final was not updating so the selection is Sem 2 Term 2 profile and Marks parameter -- as you can see the S2 Final Topic total is disabled - which means that the mark will not update to the official column - this needs to be defined as the same as Grade (which is Grade in this case).   Save the changes.

Now go back to the school level and go to menu, achievement, tools, recalculate marks and uncheck All classes and then select Semester 2 Term 2 and run recalculate.  This process will update the official column.
