If you have a few teachers reporting, they can't view markbooks in connectED but you can see the markbooks as supervisor.
Have the user login to connectED> go to the markbook they are trying to view>click on the clog wheel, make sure the user has not applied any filters, remove the filter and the screen should refresh. Verify that show markbooks is checked.
