Workaround: OSBIE - Visitor submission failing

If you are submitting visitor forms and receiving the following error message:

You will need to do the following in order to submit the Visitor incident to OSBIE:

Step 1: Delete the Visitor incident

Step 2: Create the Visitor incident again, make sure to fill out Birthdate (any date) chose N/A for Grade, complete the submission and send to OSBIE

We have an item in with development to resolve the issue with birthdate having to be entered for Visitor, this will be fixed in an upcoming sprint. Please use this workaround for now.
