When you must add Certificate/ training /award to a SHSM and the item is not in the dropdown menu. 


To add Certificate/ training /award to a SHSM, you need to go Board level > Setup > Graduation requirements > Certificate, training & awards > GO 


First, search (1) if the items you want to add is already listed, if it is not click on the "+" sign and add (2) the item 


Fulfill the required field and SAVE

For the Certificates, training & awards title as well for the Old Min code, you will need to refer to the SHSM site

For the Board code, Hours of instruction and if the check box "Used in SHSM requirements" needs to be checked or not, you will need to refer to your Guidance counsellor.
