Initialize Scheduling – AB 


1. Log in to Edsembli and select Scheduling next year - Prepare for next year from the left- menu.  



2. Select Initialize next year – Go 




3. Select the following:  

Highest grade: highest grade for your campus: 4, 8, or 12  

Exit Date: should be the day after the last day students attended  

Exit description: Transfer within school authority  

Destination school: Select appropriate FFCA campus for destination school 




4. Select Next year homerooms Unless there is a reason for doing otherwise, should be set to “Set students homerooms to not assigned” 









5. Select Initialize on bottom right to initialize scheduling. Inform the receiving campus administration that you have completed this step.
