You may encounter that a student currently has the wrong school set as the primary record holder.
To fix this go to the primary record holder school and enter the student record of the student we want to fix. Go to Enrolment- Student Enrolment where it will display the primary record holder is for the student currently:
Click the edit button in the top right and slide the pink button to change the status from 'Yes' button to "No". This school will no longer be the primary record holder, forcing the system to go down the list setting the next possible school as the primary record holder.
If the new school that is now set as the primary record holder is still incorrect you will need to go to that school and perform the same actions there within the student record. Continue this process until the student has the correct school set as the primary record holder.
