Error when changing accounting period

Issue: When trying to change the period in the accounting settings, two problems have been experienced:

1. The Save button has not enabled even when the note has been added or
2. A red error message is encountered

Resolution: A new parameter was introduced in the Accounting Setting in version 1.14.00 in conjunction with the new Project Costing module: G/L Alias Element Containing Project Code.  Select the appropriate (G/L or alias) element.  (If not using the Project Costing System, you may select any element).
