DESCRIPTION: Error "Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPaction: Ecnon.Ipps.Staffing.WebService/IsOCTUnique"
Steps to Resolve:
-Reboot the server and do IIS Restart
-Recycle the IIS and then do a Discover Process to try again
-When applying a patch, ensure all the necessary binaries copied from the various patched and hotfixes
It could be a network resource that is not being accessed accordingly
-If patch was recently installed > remove and reinstall patch
-Ensure K212.HRP.WebService.dll is up to date
