connectED URL incorrect after receiving activation email

When an account is created on the parent/student or teacher portal an email will be sent to activate the account. The URL is listed in this email.


If the URL is incorrect, you will get the following error when you try and click on the link 

How to fix the path in your SIS


1: Main menu>more tools>security>edsembli connect> go 



2: Click on Settings> edit the page 



3: Scroll down to PATHS 



https://connect.edsembli.com/PROVINCE/Board short name /School short name/Portal/

Example https://connect.edsembli.com/ON/Edsmebli/SIS/Portal/


You don't need to enter parent/student or teacher after portal, the system will tell what to enter based on the parent/student or teacher


Once the path is entered click save
