If you have an excursion group created and would like to add all of those students within the group to the same class at once, then perform the following steps:
1. Go to Student Tools- Timetables- Add Classes- This Year
2. In the 'Select By' section change the Filter from alphabet to group and click the Select button. The student search screenwill pop up.
3. In the Search Criteria section, change the search by field from Surname, usual name to Excursion group. You can then enter the excursion group in the search and click the pink search icon to pull all those students from the excursion group.
4. Check off all the students who populate by clicking the Select All checkbox and click Select.
You now have all the students selected from an excursion group and can continue on with adding classes to their timetables.
