there is a duplicate entry for Employee (7___ and 7___). I will need to delete record 7___ from the system

Steps to Replicate:

Settings Tab > Settings > Site Configuration > Edit > Change Mandatory SIN = Yes > Save button is greyed out and Unavailable

Unable to set Record as Inactive with Valid SIN

Workaround:

Enter SIN = all 0's if Mandatory SIN is stuck = Yes.
